Nutrition is one of the most important factors influencing health, well-being, and disease prevention, yet making informed dietary decisions remains a daily challenge for millions of people. Individuals are often confronted with conflicting nutrition advice, incomplete food information, and generic recommendations that fail to account for their personal goals, medical conditions, and lifestyle.
To address this challenge, InnoLabs developed ELIA AI (Everyday Lifestyle Intelligent Assistant), an AI-powered nutrition intelligence platform designed to help individuals make better food choices, build sustainable healthy habits, and better understand the relationship between nutrition and health.
